Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). This includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging.

Please note: During peak seasons, sales, or promotional periods, processing times may be extended by 1–2 additional business days.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and your location. Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days within the U.S.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected delivery method. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time — be sure to sign up for our newsletter to stay updated!

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. Posh Chic Hair is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for any delays or lost items. If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number. However, we’re always happy to assist you in resolving any issues.
